Functionalities
A safer place to play
At Ladbrokes poker, we are committed to providing our players with a range of rewards and educational offers to enhance their play and, more importantly, ensure a fair gaming environment. We have taken players' feedback into account and made requested changes to ensure we have the safest gaming environment.
Allowed third-party tools
Currently, the only third-party tools allowed on the Ladbrokes platform when the software is open are:
  • PartyCaption
  • StackAndTile
  • PlaceMint
  • Table Tamer
  • StarsHelper
  • Mosaic 2
  • Intuitive Tables
  • Universal Replayer
  • Jurojin Poker
The use of any other third-party tools not mentioned here is prohibited while the software is open; any violation may result in restrictions on your account.

If a player is found to be violating our Terms and Conditions, Ladbrokes reserves the right to permanently close the account and confiscate the funds.
Unauthorised third-party tools
For the avoidance of doubt, if a player is found to be using tools in any way in connection with the Ladbrokes software, this will be considered a breach of our Terms and Conditions, which may result in the immediate closure of the account and confiscation of the funds. The use of tools that do the following is not permitted:
  • Any tool that circumvents our restrictions on downloadable hand histories
  • Any tool that allows play without human intervention (a "bot")
  • Any tool that makes decisions for the player or assists the player in making decisions, thus limiting human intervention in the game ("auxiliary software")
  • Any tool that allows a player to automatically join a table or a game, based on predetermined criteria, such as statistics or scores of other players ("seating script")
Virtual machines and screen sharing/remote access software
The use of virtual machines and/or any software enabling screen sharing and remote access is strictly prohibited. These include (but are not limited to):
  • Oracle VM VirtualBox
  • VMWare
  • TeamViewer
  • Microsoft remote desktop
  • AnyDesk
  • LogMein
If we discover that a player is using any of these programmes in addition to the poker software, this will be considered a violation of our terms and conditions. This may result in account restrictions and, in extreme cases, account closure and confiscation of funds.
Unauthorised third-party tools when using the software
However, we understand that there are many tools designed to help you improve your poker game. While the vast majority of players will legitimately use these tools to practice and improve their game when not at a table, unfortunately a minority will use these tools to get help and when this happens at a table, these players have an unfair advantage over other players at the same table. So we understand that our players want to use certain tools and we even welcome them, but these are not allowed when the poker software is open. These include (but are not limited to):
  • PioSOLVER
  • PokerSnowie
  • Jesolver
  • Flopzilla
  • ICIMIZER
  • Vision GTO Trainer
  • InstaGTO
  • Holdem Indicator
  • Omaha Indicator
  • Stud Indicator
  • Tournament Indicator
  • HirokuScript
If you have any questions about using a particular tool, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Request for authorisation of an unlisted third-party tool
If you want to use a third-party tool or application that is not in the list of authorised tools, please contact us with your request. Please include the website address of the software you want to use.

If, after review, we decide to allow the third-party tool in question on our platform, we will reply to you immediately and add it to our list of allowed tools.

However, please note that we do not allow the use of tools with the following characteristics:
  • Modified or updated hand/deployment category tables based on previous actions at the table
  • Any programming of scheduling
  • Seating scripts (programmes to automate table selection)
  • Bots/Auxiliary software
Strategic tools
The term "Strategic tools" refers to any external tool that gives the player clues, instructions or recommendations while playing. A player would not play the same way if he did not have this tool with him.

What tools are prohibited when playing on our network?

Any strategy tool, in any form, not directly mentioned under the heading "What materials are allowed under this policy on "Strategy tools" above, is prohibited.

If you are found to be violating this policy, restrictions may be placed on your account. In extreme cases, this may result in account closure and confiscation of funds.
Queuing
From 1 January 2020, "Queuing" will be banned. Limits will be placed on the account of anyone using this tactic.

What is Queuing?

Queueing is when a player or a group of players deliberately tries to switch or avoid certain opponents in anonymous registration matches. Especially when you cannot choose your opponents, such as in spin tournaments.

Now why is Queuing against the rules?

Our policy of "anonymous registration" (all players' aliases are hidden until an STT starts) ensures fair play. This is vital for maintaining a healthy poker ecosystem. Players who deliberately manipulate our registration process jeopardise the integrity of the game.
Fast Forward Buy-In Obligations
What is that?

"Ratholing" or "Going South" are terms commonly used to describe the behaviour of a player withdrawing some of his chips to reduce his stake in a game. This is what happens when a player leaves a Fast Forward table only to rejoin immediately afterwards with a lower buy-in than before.

Why is this against the rules?

Ratholing has long been considered a lack of etiquette at poker tables. If a player leaves a table and immediately afterwards re-joins with a lower buy-in, his opponents no longer have the opportunity to recover those funds. We believe that limiting this kind of behaviour keeps the poker ecosystem healthy for all players.

What am I allowed to do?

A player may not leave a Fast Forward table and immediately return to play with a smaller bet than the one previously placed in the pool. To return with a lower bet, at least 40 minutes must have elapsed for it to be considered a new playing session, as in our ring games. If a player leaves the Fast Forward pot and rejoins the table less than 40 minutes later, they must place the same amount or the maximum buy-in allowed, whichever costs the least.

Clarifications: If a player loses all his chips, he can pay a new buy-in with a bet of his choice. Entering a new table with a lower buy-in than the current one and not continuing to play at both tables is also considered a violation of this rule. This rule applies to each individual Fast Forward table. (For example, a player can play for 40 minutes at $0.50 / $1.00 in Fast Forward and then immediately sit down with a total bet of less than $1.00 / $2.00). If players are found to be systematically abusing this feature, they will receive a warning. If behaviour at the tables does not change, stricter sanctions may be applied.
Real names at tables
Tables with "real names" give a real sense of community and reduce anonymity.

A player with a real-money account must never share his or her account with a third party, as stipulated in our Terms and Conditions (section 4. LEGAL NAME AND SINGLE ACCOUNT).

If we have reasonable evidence that another person is gambling with your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate action against the account in question.
Reporting collusion/cheating and bots
A dedicated poker table fraud team thoroughly investigates each reported case. Once the evidence is established, accounts that violate our rules are frozen. Funds are then confiscated and distributed to the players affected by the account that violated our rules.

Our investigation team has become an indispensable resource. We proactively identify accounts that violate our rules, including players who use bots and players who engage in collusion. Our team has a wide range of skills, allowing us to respond quickly and effectively to any type of report. Our team consists of former online poker pros, players who are familiar with the current environment.

We establish a burden of proof to ensure that false or malicious reports do not lead to unjustified account closures. We take our role very seriously. Reports that are clearly malicious are therefore not investigated.
Run It Twice
Run It Twice is a feature that divides two remaining game boards among willing all-in players.

The pot is divided into two equal parts - one for each board. They are contested separately.

If an active player in the hand does not agree to run twice, the board ends as usual.

To configure your settings, go to Settings → Table Options → Run It Twice.

You can choose from the following default options:
  • Never - the Run It Twice option is automatically declined.
  • Always - the Run It Twice option is automatically enabled.
  • Default Table (ON) - the checkbox for your table is enabled. You can configure any table.
  • Default Table (OFF) - the checkbox for your table is disabled. You can configure any table.
  • This feature is currently only available for desktop, but soon also for mobile.
There are no extra rake fees for Run It Twice hands!
